1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to Scalping Hub ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our services, including the Core Membership, Bootcamp, 1-on-1 Mentorship, or our private community access and materials (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Client," "User," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Services, Payment & Taxes

2.1 Inclusive Pricing Policy To maintain consistency across our global community, all prices listed for our Services are inclusive of any applicable taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Sales Tax. The price you see is the final price you pay, regardless of your country of residence. You agree that Scalping Hub is responsible for remitting these taxes to the appropriate authorities from the total sum paid, and no additional tax fees will be added at checkout.

2.2 Core Membership Access to the Core Membership is provided on a subscription basis. You agree to be charged the inclusive subscription fee on a recurring basis. Access is granted only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

2.3 Core Membership Annual Access to the Core Membership Annual is provided on a yearly subscription basis. By selecting this option, you agree to be locked into a 12-month contract. You agree to be charged the inclusive subscription fee on an annual recurring basis. Access is granted only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

2.4 Core Membership Quarterly Access to the Core Membership Quarterly is provided on a three-month subscription basis. You agree to be charged the inclusive subscription fee on a recurring basis every three months. Access is granted only while your subscription is active and in good standing.
 
 
2.4 Bootcamp (One-Time Payment) The Bootcamp is a specific, fixed-term educational program. Access is granted upon the successful processing of a one-time, inclusive payment. This grants you lifetime access to the specific Bootcamp curriculum materials released during your cohort, subject to our availability guarantees.

2.5 1-on-1 Mentorship Mentorship spots are limited and subject to application and availability. Mentorship fees are inclusive of all taxes and cover the time and expertise of the mentor, not specific trading results. Failure to attend scheduled calls without a notice 30 minutes beforehand may result in the forfeiture of that session without a makeup date.
 
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation Policy You may cancel your Core Membership subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, to effectively cancel your subscription, you must adhere to the following procedure:

  • Method of Cancellation: You must contact our support team via email at support@scalpinghub.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request."

  • Notice Period: Your cancellation request must be received at least 3 business days prior to your next scheduled billing date to ensure the automatic payment is stopped in time.

  • Effect of Cancellation: A successful cancellation will stop all future payments. You will retain access to the Core Membership content until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

 
3.2 Annual Contract Early Termination (Core Membership Annual) The Core Membership Annual requires a strict 12-month binding commitment. By selecting this tier, you agree to the full term of the contract and a $200 fee. If you request to cancel or terminate your annual subscription prior to the expiration of the 12-month period, you will immediately forfeit your $200 Contract Commitment Deposit in its entirety as an early termination fee. To request an early termination, you must contact support@scalpinghub.com. Upon processing your early termination, your contract will be cancelled, future billing will cease, and the $200 deposit will be permanently retained by the Company. If the contract is duration is complete then the $200 will be sent directly to your payment method.
 
 
 
3.3 Strict No Refund Policy ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the digital nature of our content, the immediate access to proprietary strategies, and the scarcity of mentorship spots, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason.

  • No Prorated Refunds: If you cancel your Core Membership, no prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
  • Bootcamp & Mentorship: These fees are non-refundable once payment is processed, regardless of your attendance, completion of the material, or trading performance.
  • Waiver: By completing your purchase, you knowingly agree to waive any right to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 
4. Educational Purpose & Financial Disclaimer

4.1 Educational Use Only All content provided by Scalping Hub is strictly for educational and informational purposes only. We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers, or registered investment advisors.

4.2 High-Risk Warning Trading financial markets involves a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your initial investment. We make no representation that you will achieve profits or similar results to those shown in our marketing. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, and Scalping Hub is not liable for any financial losses you may incur.
 
5. Intellectual Property & Marketing Release

5.1 Proprietary Material All materials, strategies, PDFs, videos, and community posts are the intellectual property of Scalping Hub. You may not share, resell, distribute, or copy our content. Violation of this will result in immediate termination without refund and potential legal action.

5.2 Marketing Release & Content Usage To help us demonstrate the value of our community and improve our Services, you grant Scalping Hub a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use:

  • User Content: Screenshots of your trading results, community posts, testimonials, and questions posted in our hubs.

  • Recordings: Audio and video recordings of coaching calls, mentorship sessions, and interviews in which you participate.

  • Likeness: Your name, voice, and image as they appear in the above content.

You specifically consent to our use of this material for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all media channels without further compensation or approval. We agree to remove sensitive personal contact information before public use.

6. Marketing Communications Consent
By creating an account or purchasing a Service, you expressly consent to receive electronic communications from us, including transactional emails and promotional marketing emails regarding our Services and third-party partners. You agree that this serves as automatic consent for email marketing purposes. You may opt-out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link.

7. Third-Party Services & Data
Our Services utilize third-party applications and platforms to deliver content and facilitate our private community access. You consent to us sharing your necessary data with these third-party processors to fulfill the Service. We are not responsible for the downtime, data breaches, or terms of service of these third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalping Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services, conduct of third parties, or any investment losses incurred by applying the educational material.
 
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
